In order to get people back into salsa I started sessions I have called MUEVETE!
Muevete! means Move it! - and that's exactly what the sessions will be about,
getting moving again. Individual dancing based on line-ups - mostly salsa plus a little bachata and some fun stuff.
Starting gently with the typical line-ups we do before classes the combinations will be progressive; slowly increasing in content, complexity and pace to build up longer routines with a
Cuban(ish) flavour.
it will be different, energetic, perhaps challenging, but a lot of fun. The sessions will give you the opportunity to get back into the salsa zone - the music, the dancing ...... and meeting
people!!
Please note that there is a limit on the numbers in the room (as set by Sunderland City Council as part of their COVID precautions), so booking is essential.
Please text me on 07969 543437 for availability.
