Muevete! means Move it! - and that's exactly what the sessions will be about, getting moving again. It will be individual dancing based on line-ups - mostly salsa plus a little bachata and some fun stuff.
Starting gently with the typical line-ups we do before classes the combinations will be progressive; slowly increasing in content, complexity and pace to build up longer routines with a
it will be different, energetic, challenging, but a lot of fun. The sessions will give you the opportunity to get back into the salsa zone - the music, the dancing ...... and meeting people!!
